Business Systems & Operations Analyst, Supply Chain

Tecovas is looking for a Supply Chain Business Systems & Operations Analyst to own and improve the systems, data, and processes that power our product lifecycle and vendor compliance work. Reporting directly to the Manager, Supply Chain Business Systems & Operations, you will serve as the business owner of our product lifecycle management platform, build our vendor compliance system of record, and partner across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product Development, and Tech to keep critical product data accurate and connected.

This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

What you’ll do:

• Own the product lifecycle management (PLM) platform from the business side, gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and defining workflows, fields, naming, and taxonomy.
• Build and maintain the vendor compliance system of record, including document intake, verification, storage, status, expiration, renewals, exceptions, audit reports, and corrective action plans.<
