Seasonal Team Lead

Tecovas is passionate about offering an incredible customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike! We’re looking for a talented Seasonal Part-Time Team Lead that will contribute to a profitable and customer-centric environment through the development of a team and management of our total store operations. You will support product flow and apply merchant and customer service skills to curate a compelling in-store experience.

In order to provide our customers with the best holiday shopping experience, you will be required to be flexible with scheduling and available to work during the following:

• Extended holiday hours that may include early morning shifts, weekends, and evenings.
• Key holiday events; including the week of Christmas (including the day after Christmas), and the week between Christmas and New Years (including New Years Day). 

This is a temporary role with an expected start date in early-Deptember 2026 and can last through mid-March 2027.
