TEGNA, one of the most geographically diverse broadcasters in the U.S., is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Shared Services team. This position will be part of the TEGNA corporate team with company-wide responsibility but will be physically located at our NBC Affiliate in Indianapolis, WTHR. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable sub-ledger for assigned stations/accounts. Additionally, in collaboration with collector and stations sales, the Specialist will resolve credit balances – refund, application, or transfer. Overall, this position is responsible for a “clean” aging providing collectors accurate balances when making their collection calls.
