About the role
A signed contract is where the real work starts. Every Mexican hospital, insurer or clinic chain we sign needs a deployment plan, clinical configuration that matches its specialties and protocols, physicians who adopt the product by choice, and a readout that proves the value the client was promised. The AI Deployment Strategist owns all of it.
