One of the leading AI platform has chosen TP Spain to manage its new Sales Growth program, launching in August 2026. This is a strategic win for TP: a global brand, a scalable sales-driven model, and strong long-term growth potential.

This initiative positions TP Barcelona as a leading EMEA hub for sales-focused programs and offers significant career growth opportunities.

As Team Leader, you will lead the commercial engine of one of TP’s most strategic new programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.
• Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.
• Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.
• Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.
• Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.
• Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.

Requirements

• English level: Proficient (C1)
• Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Sales Team Leader
• Additional languages are a plus
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Good people skills
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
