THE MANDATE
Teleport’s commercial functions (Revenue Management, Sales, 3rd Party, Solutions) generate a continuous stream of requirements for Product and Engineering, but no single owner represents commercial interests through the build lifecycle, and no single place consolidates competing requirements, tracks their status, or ensures what gets built is actually adopted.
This role closes that gap: it is the single point of accountability for translating commercial business needs into a prioritized, well-specified product roadmap; representing commercial in build decisions alongside Product and Engineering; and owning rollout and adoption once features ship.
