This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Python-based automation, quality engineering, and team mentorship. You will work closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and architects to improve software quality, accelerate release cycles, and ensure reliable validation of APIs, user interfaces, and microservices. In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor engineers, coordinate testing activities, and help drive automation best practices across the team.
