Senior Backend Product Engineer (Elixir)

About the Role
Our Intelligence team builds the AI capabilities that run across the whole Tellent suite. We're looking for a backend-heavy product engineer who can take a fuzzy "AI should help here" idea and turn it into an interface people actually trust and use. You'll own problems end to end: shaping, building, shipping, and checking whether it moved anything.
Your 12-Month Journey
First 3 months: You'll get to know the team, our product, and our architecture while contributing to your first meaningful improvements. You'll become familiar with our engineering practices and ways of working, supported by experienced teammates as you get up to speed with our Elixir and AI stack.
Within 6 months: You'll take ownership of features and contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and improvements to the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the platform. You'll work closely with your teammates to solve customer problems and deliver valuable product improvements.
After 1 year: You'll be a trusted technical partner within the team, taking ownership of significant parts of the product
