Manager of Contracts and Compliance

As the Manager of Contracts and Compliance, you will oversee contracting and compliance of the Tailored Care Pathways program on behalf of Telligen. This includes providing subject matter expertise and business advisory support as it relates to these programs. You will be the primary resource and point of contact for all contracting activities for the company. This is a hybrid position. Telligen will only consider candidates who can commit to a hybrid schedule out of our Oak Brook, Illinois or West Des Moines, Iowa location The Illinois Tailored Care Management Program helps individuals with complex health and social needs transition from nursing facilities and Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRFs) to community-based living. Through person-centered care management and coordinated support services, the program empowers members to live more independently and thrive in their communities.
