- Develop and implement operational standards, procedures, governance frameworks, and performance control mechanisms.
- Identify process duplication, inefficiencies, operational risks, and bottlenecks, initiating and driving corrective actions.
- Establish greater clarity around responsibilities, decision-making processes, and information flows across different group companies, departments, and locations.
- Contribute to the development of centralized and shared service models supporting the organization's continued growth.
- Oversee business support functions, including administration, HR administration, facilities management, workplace services, documentation management, and related operational areas.
- Ensure efficient onboarding infrastructure and workplace readiness processes, including cooperation with IT and internal support teams.
- Coordinate organizational change initiatives and ensure effective implementation of agreed actions and improvements.
- Work closely with business leaders, internal teams, and external partners to solve operational challenges and strengthen organizational performance.
- Take ownership of additional operational excellence and organizational effectiveness initiatives based on business priorities.
What we expect of you:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in operations, administration, business support, shared services, or other critical organizational functions.
- Higher education in Engineering, Electronics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and standardizing business processes across multiple functions or locations.
- Strong understanding of organizational governance, compliance, documentation management, labor relations administration, and business operations.
- Experience leading complex change initiatives and driving cross-functional transformation projects.
- Ability to view the organization holistically and understand the interdependencies between different business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, teams, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where not all structures and responsibilities are predefined.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to ensure that identified improvements are successfully implemented.
- Professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
