People Operations Lead | Telematics

We are looking for an experienced and proactive People Operations Lead to take ownership of our people processes and lead a team that ensures a smooth, structured, and compliant employee experience. In this role, you will guide and develop the People Operations team, lead and improve People Operations processes, advise employees and managers on employment-related matters, and contribute to building efficient and scalable HR practices.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Operations team: set goals, distribute work, monitor quality, and support each team member's professional growth.
• Organize the team's day-to-day work so that People Operations processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with the law.
• Prepare, administer, and oversee employment-related documentation, including official letters, orders, agreements, and other HR documents.
• Advise employees and managers on employment-related matters and the application of the Lithuanian Labour Code.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of personnel data and HR documentation.
• Develop, improve, and implement People Operations processes, policies, and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and optimize HR processes and take the initiative to implement improvements.
