This role involves facilitating training sessions designed to enhance our associates' skills, knowledge, and performance in using CoreLogic platforms and processes.

The Managed Learning Services (MLS) team provides dedicated and specialized services to different clients, working directly with TELUS Digital and external clients to identify business needs and deliver solutions that target performance gaps, strategic opportunities, and business challenges.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
