Senior Professional Services Engineer - East
Role Summary

As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will help customers and partners move from design to production-ready execution quickly and safely. You will establish strong delivery patterns, operational standards, and enablement that scale across teams and environments (cloud and self-hosted). This is a delivery-focused role centered on making systems work in the real world, and leaving customers better equipped than when you arrived.
What You’ll Do
Deliver production-ready Temporal implementations by co-building initial workflows with customer and partner engineering teams
Implement and teach production-safe workflow patterns, including retries, timeouts, heartbeats, determinism, and versioning
Identify and remove early activation blockers before they become escalations
Help customers stand up and operate Temporal Server in production, including self-hosted environments
Define worker deployment, scaling, and operation
