AI Engineering Lead

Your objectives
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex AI problems, shaping technical architecture, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams from idea through to production.
You’ll work across AI, software, data and cloud engineering to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, while partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to turn business problems into scalable technical outcomes.
Your experience
- Leading AI/ML solutions from POC through production and commercialisation.
- Practical hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, Hugging Face Transformers, MLFlow, Dataiku, MS Fairlearn,
