About the Role
We are hiring a Manager, Transformation Consulting to lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements, from problem framing and solution design through delivery and adoption. This role is intentionally cross-functional and client-facing: you will own the relationship across business, experience, delivery, and change workstreams, partnering directly with senior client stakeholders and leading internal teams to turn complex, ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.
You will lead programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, workforce design, governance, and ways of working, and you will be the primary voice translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable, and responsible outcomes for clients at a senior level.
