Role and Responsibilities:
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.
- Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
- Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder conc
