Software Quality Engineer

The Role:
The Software Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring software reliability, test automation, and continuous quality improvement across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and other system owners to design and execute robust, risk-based testing strategies in an agile, DevOps-driven environment.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, and agile testing practices, with a good understanding of exploratory, regression, and performance testing, and is comfortable taking a risk-based approach to ensure fast feedback loops and high software quality.
