Your mission

We are looking for multiple experienced Compounding Operators to join our Visp team in early 2027. In this shift-based role, you will make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. If you combine technical expertise with precision and a cooperative spirit, this is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic GMP environment.

As a Compounding Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:

• Control and execution of the manufacturing of product solutions on a pilot scale, the core of liquid pharmaceutical filling.
• Active involvement in the operation of our highly automated, modern filling plant. You monitor the process and perform essential activities on the isolator.
• Supporting the Line Supervisor/Anlagemeister during the mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling plant.
• Ensuring complete, precise documentation of all manufacturing steps and adherence to the strictest quality standards through product controls using laboratory equipment.
