Your mission

We are looking for multiple experienced Filling Operators to join our Visp team in early 2027. In this shift-based role, you will make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. If you combine technical expertise with precision and a cooperative spirit, this is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic GMP environment.

As a Filling Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:

• Operating our highly automated, modern filling plant for liquid pharmaceuticals, monitor the process, and execute various critical activities within the isolator.
• Handling diverse tasks related to the filling process, such as providing various materials and/or carrying out monitoring activities.
• Supporting the Line Experts with the changeovers of the filling plant, covering both mechanical and electronic aspects.
• Being jointly responsible for strictly adhering to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
