Insurance Executives: 30-Minute Interview on Organizational Strategy
What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the shifting landscape of organizational strategy within the insurance industry. Market forces and new technologies are forcing rapid adaptation among major carriers and brokerages. Our goal is to map how top-level leaders prioritize these changes and guide their organizations through periods of transition.
How It Works
You will participate in a 30-minute remote interview focusing on your strategic planning methods. During the call, we will ask you to discuss your current organizational priorities, recent industry trends you are tracking, and how you evaluate new market risks. The conversation will flow organically through a series of high-level discussion prompts. You will not need to prepare any materials or share sensitive company data.
Who This Is For
We are hiring senior insurance executives and leadership professionals who actively shape organizational strategy. We welcome C-suite leaders, vice presidents, senior directors, and principal strategists operating within the insurance space. Ideal candidates will have deep visibility into corporate-level decision making and a strong grasp of macro industry trends.
