1. Provide episodic on-site surveillance, field inspection, and construction inspection services as directed for NASA managed construction projects for conformance to technical requirements, design drawings, schedule, and specifications and report any violations.
2. Provide specialized experience in various construction disciplines including structural, electrical, civil, mechanical, architectural, roofing, fire detection and suppression, and welding.
3. Document and report field inspection findings regularly.
4. Coordinate with the NASA Construction Safety Point of Contact (SPOC) and the NASA Environmental POC on upcoming field activities.
5. Assist in the coordination of construction, installation, and testing problems encountered.
6. Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-final and final inspection of the contractor’s work.
