We are looking for an experienced Country Head – Manila to lead our Manila operations and drive the site's operational, financial, and organisational performance. You will work closely with the COO, Global Function Leaders, Commercial teams, and other senior stakeholders to ensure Manila delivers against Testronic's global strategy while meeting local business and customer needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Global & Site Operations:
- Lead the overall performance and development of the Manila site in line with Testronic's global strategy.
- Lead the Manila site reset, focusing on operational excellence, efficiency, cost management
