The Position:
The Agent Experience Manager (AEM) is an integral part of our Operations team and a key contributor to agent success, culture, and satisfaction. AEMs are responsible for fostering a dynamic and engaging office environment, ensuring agents feel supported and connected to the broader company mission. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle operational duties while building authentic relationships with agents. This position will provide on-site support for the Beverly Hills and Brentwood office locations.
