As an Assistant Supervisor with The Arc of Ocean County's Adult Day Program services, you'll help coordinate daily operations, support staff development, and contribute to individualized services that promote independence, vocational development, daily living skills, and community inclusion.
This is an opportunity to bring your experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities into a role that combines program coordination, staff mentorship, quality oversight, and meaningful collaboration. Location: Tuckerton, NJ | Toms River, NJ | Lakewood, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
