The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to help connect businesses and community partners with meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
This professional role combines relationship-building, business development, marketing, contract coordination, and program support. The Coordinator will serve as an important link between businesses, vendors, funders, participants, families, agency staff, and community organizations. If you are energized by meeting people, developing partnerships, identifying possibilities, and turning those connections into real opportunities, this position offers a chance to put those skills to work with purpose.
