The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a Vocational Case Manager to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities explore their strengths, develop employment skills, and work toward meaningful vocational goals.
In this role, you'll provide individualized case management and coaching while coordinating with participants, families, employers, residential providers, funding agencies, and other community partners. You'll help translate person-centered goals into practical steps, support participants as they develop workplace skills, and provide guidance as they navigate vocational and employment opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $23.70 per hour
What You'll Do
Guide Individual Vocational Progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), Rehabilitation Plans, and other person-centered plans incorporating measurable vocational objectives.
- Provide ongoing case management, coaching, supervision, and support to assigned participants.
- Monitor progress
