We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team within Operations, combining strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities to help improve and scale operational processes across different business areas. From fraud prevention and quality improvement to operational efficiency and automation, you'll work on diverse challenges that directly impact our business, restaurant partners and users. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting business challenges, data, and technology: diving into data, challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, translating insights into actionable solutions, and driving projects from idea to implementation.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable exploring new tools and technologies. While coding experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. What matters most is the ability to understand complex problems, think critically, and find practical, scalable solutions.

What you will do: 

 

As a Business Analyst in our Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how Operations works, solve meaningful business challenges, and drive initiatives with tangible impact across the organization. You'll have the ownership and autonomy to turn your ideas into real improvements.

• Lead analytical and operational improvement projects, turning ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and measurable outcomes.
  
  
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on solutions, influence decisions and drive projects.
  
  
• Challenge existing processes and business requirements, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to redesign how teams operate.
  
  
• Translate data and business insights into clear recommendations, decision frameworks and actionable implementation plans.
  
  
• Work hands-on with SQL, data and AI-powered tools to develop analytical solutions, improve operational workflows and drive smarter ways of working.
  
  
• Design scalable KPIs, dashboards and monitoring frameworks to improve decision-making, performance visibility and risk management.
  
  
• Establish best practices, documentation and reusable frameworks that improve how analytical and operational problems are solved across the organization.

Who you are:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics or another quantitative or analytical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, consulting, fraud, risk or a related analytical role, with demonstrated autonomy and ownership.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable challenging existing processes and assumptions, redesigning workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write, understand and adapt queries to support analysis and business decisions
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI. 
• Strong project ownership mindset, able to define requirements, prioritize work, coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives.
• Proactive, results-oriented and comfortable taking initiative. 
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Nice to Have: 

 

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for automation, prototyping or analytical solutions. 
• Python or other scripting experience, particularly for data manipulation, automation or prototyping.
• Experience working on process transformation or operational excellence initiatives, especially where solutions needed to be scalable across teams.
