Activities Aides (Adult Day)

Activity Assistant(s) - Part-time 15-20 hours/week, expected schedule 10am to 3:00pm; 3-4 days per week. Multiple positions available. Per diem/on call positions may also be available.

Position Overview
The Activity Assistant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging environment for participants. Working alongside our team, you’ll help lead meaningful activities, support daily routines, and build genuine relationships that make each day feel purposeful and enjoyable.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in activities such as art, music, games, and light exercise
• Encourage participation and help each individual feel included and comfortable
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants and team members
• Support meals, snacks, and daily routines
• Help set up and maintain clean, inviting program spaces
• Observe and communicate changes in participant needs or mood
• Contribute to special events, seasonal programming, and community outings
