About the Company You'll Be Working With
You'll be joining a fast-growing European clean energy company, helping homeowners switch to solar and heat pump solutions. The company is scaling its network of independent sales partners across Germany and is building a small, focused telesales team to drive that growth.
The Opportunity
This is a telesales role at its core: you'll be on the phone daily, running structured outbound campaigns to recruit independent sales partners, not selling directly to homeowners. You'll be calling self-employed commercial agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real estate agents, pitching a partnership model and booking qualified consultations for the company's partner
