The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles — from sourcing and screening through shortlisting, interview coordination, and placement. This is an individual contributor position, not a management role: you'll be hands-on in the work and expected to take real ownership of the searches and clients assigned to you. You'll work closely with the recruitment team lead and clients directly, using our internal tools to move quickly and accurately. In 6 months, success looks like: running multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight, consistently hitting shortlist turnaround targets, and actively improving how the team uses AI day to day.
