Job Title: Global Safe Driving Manager
Location: Global Roaming (post holder will spend all their time in HALO’s country programmes)
Salary: £50k–58k per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Reports To: Global Head of Fleet and Road Safety
Key Internal Contacts/Relationships: Global Head of Fleet and Road Safety; Global Fleet Technical Manager; Fleet Data Analyst; Programme Managers and Deputy Programme Managers; In-country Fleet and Logistics Managers; Human Resources
Key External Contacts/Relationships: ASDT/QDT technical training and certification bodies; driving licensing/regulatory authorities; vehicle manufacturers (technical driving specifications)
Job Purpose: To deliver Qualified Driver Trainer and Advanced Safe Driver Training programmes across HALO's country programmes, building sustainable in-country training capacity and driving consistent application of HALO's road safety standards worldwide.
