Housekeeper

At The Mather Evanston, housekeeping is about much more than cleaning. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a meaningful role in creating a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, guests, and team members across our Life Centre ( Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support). In this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms and common areas, changing linens, supporting room turnovers, restocking supplies, maintaining housekeeping equipment and work areas, and helping to uphold infection prevention and safety standards. You'll interact daily with residents, nursing team members, and colleagues throughout the community, making a direct impact on resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate has previous housekeeping experience, enjoys working with older adults, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is committed to creating a warm, hospitality-focused experience through every interaction.
