LPN PRN
Attention, LPNs: Make the move to a Great Place to Work, bringing your skills to our senior living community’s health center. There, you’ll serve as part of an amazing nursing team providing patient-centered care and services to residents in our assisted living, memory support, and/or skilled nursing neighborhoods.
In this role you will be responsible for assessing, planning and providing quality nursing care to residents according to Federal, State and Mather standards of nursing care. Oversee and supervise CNAs in administering quality care and services to residents. Creates meaningful moments in the lives of residents, visitors, and staff by demonstrating Nextraordinary behaviors.
Shift Differential: Eligible shifts receive an additional $2/hour for a shift between 3 pm and 11 pm.
This PRN, hourly role requires working 12-hour shifts and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Follows policies and practices to ensure consistency with current standards promulgated by and appropriate local, state, and federal regulatory bodies and within limits of the respective State Nurse Practice Act.
