Senior Wholesale Mortgage Originator- Private Money Lending (Orange County, CA)

The Mortgage Talent Network has partnered with a well-established, founder-led private money lender serving high-value California real estate. This is a relationship-driven origination role for someone who already has an active network of mortgage brokers, luxury real estate agents, and high-net-worth borrowers ready to activate.

You will work loans in the $2.5M–$15M range secured by properties valued $5M–$40M — sophisticated transactions, not entry-level volume.

•      5+ years of mortgage origination experience, including recent private money, bridge, or non-agency lending

•      A current, productive referral network that can generate business quickly

•      Strong knowledge of Southern California luxury real estate markets

•      Comfortable working in-Orange County Office as well as meeting referral partners in the field
