What does this team do?
The Fool is a place where a lot of fun and a lot of work happen quickly. Our Legal team helps us innovate while adhering to the laws and regulations that may affect all of the work and fun we do. We look to our lawyers to help us avoid fiascos, like [redacted] or [also redacted], but we especially want them to help us create great services for our members and the world.
What would you do in this role?
We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial regulatory attorney to help guide the development, offer, and deployment of our products and services to the public, helping to shape the future of financial advice. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across Product, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to serve as the primary legal advisor on our product
