Associate, Live Content Correspondents Program Manager (External Agency Employee)

The Live Content Correspondents (LCC) Manager will support the continued growth and evolution of the NFL’s Live Content Correspondent program by helping execute key league priorities. The role will provide year-round operational support across LCC recruitment, development, and program initiatives while helping ensure the team can effectively scale and respond to emerging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operation of the League’s Live Content Correspondents (LCC) program, establishing standards, workflows, training programs and performance expectations across a distributed network of contributors.
• Own overall LCC program effectiveness, including talent identification, onboarding, contributor development, engagement, retention and measurement of program success.
• Influence and coordinate the work of contributors, market leads, agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and quality standards across all LCC initiatives.
