Seasonal Recruiter

The Seasonal Recruiter will lead seasonal recruitment efforts for various NFL offices.  In this role, you will be a talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission, and values. 

Please note this role is in-person/office five days a week based in Mount Laurel, NJ. Up to seven months of anticipated engagement (subject to change based on business needs).

Responsibilities 

• Manage 40 to 50+ open seasonal requisitions at once across multiple departments and locations during peak hiring periods
