Senior Marketing Manager

The Orchard is a leading music distribution company operating in over 45 markets worldwide. We work with independent artists, record labels, and content creators to power their growth through cutting-edge technology, global sales and marketing networks, and comprehensive video services. Our Pan African team drives marketing, strategic partnerships, and label services across the African continent.

As team we meet in the office Monday-Thursday. Fridays are usually spent working remotely.

What you will do:

• Client & Label Management: Manage end-to-end relationships with distributed music clients, labels, and management teams across Africa (handling frontline releases and high-volume catalogues).
• Campaign Execution: Design, logistically execute, and measure multi-channel release marketing campaigns from inception through post-release analysis.
• Business Development & Content Acquisition: Pitch and onboard high-potential labels, independent artists, and catalog owners to The Orchard's distribution ecosystem.
• Cross-Territory Alignment: Partner with regional team members, international marketing, finance, legal, and video services teams to deliver comprehensive support for
