We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is passionate about patient-centered care, committed to clinical excellence, and ready to lead and support a dedicated nursing team.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play an important leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership, you will help ensure safe, compassionate, compliant, and high-quality care for patients receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced RN to grow as a clinical leader while making a direct impact on patients, families, and the professionals who care for them. You will help foster staff engagement, support quality improvement initiatives, coordinate nursing operations, and serve as a resource to nurses and behavioral health technicians.
You may also be called upon to assume the responsibilities of the Director of Nursing when needed, providing an opportunity to demonstrate and further develop your leadership capabilities.
