The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Rockford, IL market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing branch activities, including teller operations, general customer service activities, loan processing, collections, and personnel administration.

This opportunity has a generous salary of up to $60K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)

Branch Manager responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of goals.

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly board reports in a timely manner and by the deadline set by management

• Conduct management duties such as planning, organizing, motivating, training, and communicating.
