The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Credit Officer role to be based in the Little Rock, AR market. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support of all credit department operations. 

This position offers a generous base salary of up to $170K and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)

Chief Credit Officer responsibilities include:

• Oversee the bank’s loan risk management process to monitor quality control and minimize losses.
