The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Credit Officer role to be based in the Memphis, TN market. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support of all credit department operations. 

This position offers a generous base salary of up to $185K and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)

Chief Credit Officer responsibilities include:

• Oversee the bank’s loan risk management process to monitor quality control and minimize losses.

• Maintains loan policy and loan procedures to ensure adherence to sound underwriting best practices, laws, and regulations.

• Stays current on banking regulatory changes, monitors industry’s best practices and econo
