The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Lending Officer role in the Detroit, MI area. The position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction in all lending activities within the Bank. This position requires a strategic senior leader who possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional leadership ability, and a proven history of growing a sound loan portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure conformity with legal and regulatory compliance as well as Bank lending policy; contribute to the Bank’s success by ensuring that all products and services are innovative, competitive, and profitable and that service expectations are exceeded.
