The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Bank Compliance Officer role in the Temple, TX area. The position is responsible for ensuring that our bank operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to the business units.  This is a “hands on” position , working with all functional areas within the bank.

The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $90K + generous incentives and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position).

Bank Compliance Officer responsibilities include:
