The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Loan Operations Supervisor role in the Oak Brook, IL area. The position is responsible for managing loan processing, preparation of loan documentation, lending files, collateral maintenance, records, reports, and loan compliance. Interacts with lending officers, credit department employees, and clients, resolves problems, manages staff, and ensures efficient department operation. An individual should be knowledgeable in both commercial and consumer loans, complex real estate transactions, as well as Small Business Administration (SBA) products and operational management.

The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $125K plus generous incentives and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position.)
