The Position

Our community bank client is seeking to fill a Regional Bank Manager role in the Milwaukee, WI, market. The successful candidate will be Responsible for overseeing the management of multiple community bank branches within a specified geographic district. The primary focus is on achieving business results through effective leadership, strategic planning, and fostering a motivated team environment that caters to the needs of our local communities. The District Manager will set clear objectives for the district, individual bank locations, and each branch manager to achieve established financial goals with a strong emphasis on community engagement.
