The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Sr. Commercial Loan Closer/Servicer role located in the Houston, TX area. The position is responsible for performing various loan operations department functions to ensure the efficient operation of the area.

The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $85K and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position).

Sr. Commercial Loan Closer/Servicer responsibilities include:

• Preparing commercial loan documents for closing (LaserPro) 
• Work with outside attorneys to draft loan documents as needed. 
• Verifying accuracy of all loan documents prior to loan closing
