Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

 

In this role you will deliver and install whiteware products to our customers' homes. Often being the last point of contact with our valued customers, you will create a memorable customer experience while building lasting relationships through exceptional service.

It involves engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring products into the home, unpacking and installing products, and removing old appliances and packaging if requested. You'll be comfortable using basic tools, completing hands-on installation work, and finding practical solutions to get the job done safely and efficiently.

You enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety and aren't afraid of digging in to get things done. You're someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers, sparking conversations, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. You'll also thrive as part of a close-knit team, work well under direction, and contribute positively to team morale and success.

This is a physically active role that involves regular heavy lifting, manoeuvring large appliances, climbing ladders, and being on your feet throughout the day.

Weekend work will be required.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have:
 

• A full, clean NZ Driver Licence
• A high standard of driving ability and courtesy
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Experience in delivery, installation, trades, handyperson work, or other physically hands-on roles
• Confidence driving larger vehicles or light commercial vehicles
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to work effectively within a small team and follow direction
• Physically fit and capable of undertaking heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and being on your feet for long periods of time
• A current NZ work visa, if applicable, with the ability to start work immediately
• Looking for a long-term opportunity and committed to building a career with us
• Warehousing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
