Overview:
Porter candidate will create a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to building residents, guests, and prospects. Candidate will ensure that the lobby, entryways, common areas, hallways are clean, and well organized at all times. Responsibilities will also include maintenance support in the apartment community and being accountable for helping the company deliver on our resident commitments
