We’re not looking for a traditional hotel CCO. We’re looking for someone to build the commercial engine behind what comes next at The Social Hub. With 21 hubs across 8 countries and a major portfolio transformation underway, there’s a lot to play with: rooms, Meetings & Events, membership, coworking, F&B and the communities around our hubs. Your job is to turn all of that into one connected commercial model that drives revenue, strengthens our direct business, and improves profitability. You’ll bring several teams together cross-functionally and make them work harder as one team. At the same time, you’ll help shape how we scale, both through our own assets and through Hotel Management Agreements. Big mandate, plenty of room to make your mark.
